The project's main goal was to create a modern Fixed-Mobile-Convergence (FMC) environment extending the capabilities and offerings to the end customers, providing quality and business value.
A critical part of the transformation was the actual migration journey on an enterprise level. Our consultants were leading the migration activities throughout the overall migration lifecycle, driving:
